Entering the apartments from the stunning Thomas Gregg Apartments lift and stair foyer, one immediately registers the subdued lighting which accentuates both the unique timber lighting fins and the recycled copper gutters now repurposed as the hallway ceiling. Heading into the apartments, every piece of the extensive timber on display is recycled — even the fire-rated apartment entrance door frames.

The apartment is spacious and light filled, making it a great choice for families (an extra little foam bed can be supplied if required, which is a good size for children).

Make your way up the gently winding stairs with wooden slat balustrades into the fully-equipped, birch-clad kitchen, or nestle into the custom-made, L-shaped dining area to enjoy both the design and the 55” Smart TV.

A warning — If standard design and acres of painted gib board is your preference, these apartments are not for you! We look forward to hosting guests that discern history, appreciate great design, and know excellent value.
